Tenants are strongly advised to physically inspect properties and verify ownership documents before signing agreements or paying advance rental deposits.
3. Safety Guidelines for Tenants
- Never transfer advance rent money before inspecting the flat in person.
- Always meet the property owner or authorized caretaker at the property location.
- Demand a written rental agreement with clear terms.
