১. ToLet Find-এর ভূমিকা
ToLet Find মূলত বাড়ির মালিক, এজেন্ট, প্রপার্টি পোস্টকারী এবং সম্ভাব্য ভাড়াটিয়াদের সংযুক্ত করার একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম।
ToLet Find বাড়ির মালিক এবং ভাড়াটেদের মধ্যকার ভাড়া, অগ্রিম, বুকিং, চুক্তি বা অন্যান্য ব্যক্তিগত আর্থিক লেনদেনের কোনো পক্ষ নয়।
ব্যবহারকারীদের যেকোনো আর্থিক লেনদেন নিজ দায়িত্বে এবং সতর্কতার সাথে সম্পন্ন করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়। প্রতারণা, ভুল তথ্য, আর্থিক ক্ষতি, সম্পত্তি সংক্রান্ত বিরোধ বা কোনো পক্ষের অসদাচরণের জন্য ToLet Find দায়ী থাকবে না।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য
যে কেউ ToLet Find-এ একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে পারেন, তবে সকল তথ্য সঠিক ও বাস্তব হতে হবে।
ব্যবহারকারীকে:
- সঠিক নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে।
- অন্যের পরিচয় ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
- ভুয়া, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা প্রতারণামূলক অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা যাবে না।
- সন্দেহজনক বা ভুয়া তথ্য প্রমাণিত হলে ToLet Find অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করতে পারে।
প্রোফাইলে ছবি ব্যবহার করলে সেটি বাস্তব ও উপযুক্ত হতে হবে। অশালীন, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা অন্যের অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহৃত ছবি অপসারণ করা হতে পারে।
৩. প্রপার্টি পোস্ট করার নিয়ম
প্রপার্টি পোস্ট করার মাধ্যমে পোস্টকারী নিশ্চিত করেন যে তিনি প্রকৃত মালিক, অনুমোদিত প্রতিনিধি, অথবা প্রপার্টিটি ভাড়ার জন্য পোস্ট করার বৈধ অনুমতি রাখেন।
পোস্টে প্রদত্ত:
- নাম
- ফোন নম্বর
- ঠিকানা ও লোকেশন
- প্রপার্টির ধরন
- ভাড়ার মূল্য
- প্রাপ্যতার তথ্য
- ছবি
- অন্যান্য বিবরণ
সঠিক, বাস্তব এবং বিভ্রান্তিকর নয়—এমন হওয়া আবশ্যক।
ভুয়া, পুরোনো, ইতোমধ্যে ভাড়া হয়ে যাওয়া বা ভুল তথ্যসম্বলিত পোস্ট অনুমোদন না-ও করা হতে পারে।
ToLet Find যেকোনো পোস্ট পর্যালোচনা, সম্পাদনা, বাতিল বা অপসারণ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৪. ছবি ও কনটেন্ট
প্রপার্টির ছবি অবশ্যই সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রপার্টির বাস্তব ছবি হতে হবে।
নিম্নলিখিত ছবি বা কনটেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়:
- ভুয়া বা বিভ্রান্তিকর ছবি
- অন্য প্রপার্টির ছবি
- অপ্রাসঙ্গিক ছবি
- অত্যধিক পুরোনো বা বিভ্রান্তিকর ছবি
- অন্যের কপিরাইটযুক্ত ছবি অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার
- অশালীন বা আপত্তিকর কনটেন্ট
এ ধরনের কনটেন্ট অপসারণ করা হতে পারে।
৫. Earn Money পোস্ট ও যাচাই
ToLet Find-এর Earn Money ফিচারের মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীরা নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম অনুসরণ করে প্রপার্টি পোস্ট করতে এবং অনুমোদিত পদ্ধতিতে আয় করার সুযোগ পেতে পারেন।
Earn Money পোস্টের জন্য:
- বাস্তব ও সঠিক ঠিকানা দিতে হবে।
- বাস্তব ও সঠিক প্রপার্টির ছবি দিতে হবে।
- সঠিক ও যোগাযোগযোগ্য ফোন নম্বর দিতে হবে।
- প্রপার্টির সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
- অন্যের প্রপার্টি অনুমতি ছাড়া পোস্ট করা যাবে না।
- একই প্রপার্টি বিভ্রান্তিকরভাবে বারবার পোস্ট করা যাবে না।
ভুয়া ঠিকানা, ছবি, ফোন নম্বর বা প্রপার্টির তথ্য পাওয়া গেলে পোস্টটি অনুমোদন করা হবে না।
কোনো পোস্ট ভুলবশত অনুমোদিত হলেও পরবর্তীতে কাস্টমার রিপোর্ট, অভিযোগ বা যাচাইয়ের মাধ্যমে তথ্য ভুয়া, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা অসত্য প্রমাণিত হলে ToLet Find পোস্টটি অপসারণ করতে পারবে।
একই Earn Money অ্যাকাউন্টের বিরুদ্ধে ৩টি বা তার বেশি বৈধ ভুয়া বা বিভ্রান্তিকর পোস্টের রিপোর্ট পাওয়া এবং যাচাইয়ে অভিযোগ সঠিক প্রমাণিত হলে সেই Earn Money অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত বা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
ToLet Find Earn Money পোস্টের যাচাই, অনুমোদন, প্রত্যাখ্যান, আয় নির্ধারণ বা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করার ক্ষেত্রে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
৬. প্রপার্টির প্রাপ্যতা
প্রপার্টি ইতোমধ্যে ভাড়া হয়ে গেলে, অনুপলব্ধ হলে বা আর ভাড়ার জন্য না থাকলে পোস্টকারীকে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব পোস্টের স্ট্যাটাস আপডেট করতে হবে।
ToLet Find-এ প্রকাশিত প্রতিটি প্রপার্টি পোস্ট সাধারণত ৬০ দিন (২ মাস) পর স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মেয়াদ শেষ বা অপসারণ হতে পারে, যাতে পুরোনো ও অপ্রাসঙ্গিক পোস্ট ব্যবহারকারীদের বিভ্রান্ত না করে।
৭. প্রপার্টি বর্ণনায় যোগাযোগের তথ্য
প্রপার্টির বিস্তারিত বর্ণনা বা Description-এ ব্যক্তিগত যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান করা যাবে না, যেমন:
- মোবাইল নম্বর
- ইমেইল ঠিকানা
- অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তিগত যোগাযোগের মাধ্যম
এ ধরনের তথ্য পাওয়া গেলে পোস্টের তথ্য সম্পাদনা, অপসারণ বা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পোস্ট বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
৮. ক্রেডিট ও পেমেন্ট
প্রপার্টির নির্দিষ্ট তথ্য বা যোগাযোগের তথ্য আনলক করার জন্য ToLet Find-এর ক্রেডিট সিস্টেম ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
বর্তমানে একটি প্রপার্টির নির্দিষ্ট কন্টাক্ট তথ্য আনলক করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ক্রেডিট প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদর্শিত হবে এবং তা সময়ের সাথে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
প্রপার্টি পোস্ট করার জন্য ফ্রি বা পেইড পোস্টিং সুবিধা, ক্রেডিট, সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা অন্যান্য চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। প্রযোজ্য মূল্য ও শর্ত প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদর্শিত হবে।
ক্রয়কৃত ক্রেডিট এবং রিফান্ড সম্পর্কিত নিয়ম Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
৯. পেমেন্ট ও ব্যক্তিগত লেনদেন
পেমেন্ট, ক্রেডিট ক্রয় বা প্ল্যাটফর্মের সেবা সম্পর্কিত অনলাইন পেমেন্ট অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হতে পারে।
তবে বাড়ির মালিক ও ভাড়াটের মধ্যে বাড়ি ভাড়া, অগ্রিম, নিরাপত্তা জামানত বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তিগত আর্থিক লেনদেন সম্পূর্ণভাবে সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষগুলোর নিজস্ব দায়িত্বে সম্পন্ন হবে।
ব্যবহারকারীদের কোনো অজানা ব্যক্তি বা যাচাইবিহীন পক্ষকে টাকা পাঠানোর আগে যথাযথভাবে যাচাই করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
১০. দায়বদ্ধতা
ToLet Find একটি তথ্য ও সংযোগভিত্তিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম।
আমরা প্রতিটি প্রপার্টি, মালিক, এজেন্ট বা পোস্টকারীর তথ্য সম্পূর্ণভাবে নির্ভুল—এমন নিশ্চয়তা দিই না। ব্যবহারকারীদের নিজ দায়িত্বে তথ্য যাচাই করতে হবে।
ToLet Find কোনো ব্যবহারকারীর:
- আর্থিক ক্ষতি
- প্রতারণা
- সম্পত্তি সংক্রান্ত বিরোধ
- ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য
- তৃতীয় পক্ষের অসদাচরণ
- প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির
জন্য আইন অনুযায়ী অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমার মধ্যে দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।
১১. পোস্ট বা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত
ToLet Find যেকোনো সময় নিচের কারণে কোনো পোস্ট বা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত, সীমাবদ্ধ বা বাতিল করতে পারে:
- ভুয়া বা ভুল তথ্য
- প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম
- ভুয়া ঠিকানা, ছবি বা ফোন নম্বর
- একাধিক বৈধ রিপোর্ট
- প্ল্যাটফর্মের অপব্যবহার
- কপিরাইট বা আইনের লঙ্ঘন
- এই শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘন
১২. কুকিজ
ToLet Find ওয়েবসাইটের কার্যকারিতা, নিরাপত্তা, লগইন এবং ব্যবহারকারীর অভিজ্ঞতা উন্নত করার জন্য Cookies এবং অনুরূপ প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করতে পারে।
ব্রাউজার সেটিংস থেকে কিছু Cookies নিয়ন্ত্রণ বা বন্ধ করা সম্ভব হতে পারে, তবে এতে ওয়েবসাইটের কিছু ফিচার সঠিকভাবে কাজ নাও করতে পারে।

By using ToLet Find, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Our Role
ToLet Find is a platform designed to connect property owners, agents, property posters, and potential tenants.
ToLet Find is not a party to rental agreements, advances, deposits, bookings, or other private financial transactions between property owners and tenants.
Users are responsible for verifying information and handling personal financial transactions carefully. ToLet Find is not responsible for fraud, misconduct, financial loss, property disputes, or disputes between users.
2. Account Information
Anyone may create an account on ToLet Find, but all account information must be accurate and genuine.
Users must:
- Provide a valid name and mobile number.
- Not impersonate another person.
- Not create fake, misleading, or fraudulent accounts.
Accounts containing false or suspicious information may be temporarily or permanently restricted.
If a profile photo is used, it must be genuine and appropriate. Misleading, offensive, or unauthorized images may be removed.
3. Property Listings
By posting a property, the poster confirms that they are the actual owner, an authorized representative, or otherwise have valid permission to advertise the property.
Information including the property name, contact number, address, location, property type, rent, availability, photos, and description must be accurate and not misleading.
ToLet Find may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates our policies or appears false, misleading, outdated, or inappropriate.
4. Photos and Content
Property photos must accurately represent the listed property.
The following may be rejected or removed:
- Fake or misleading photos.
- Photos of another property.
- Irrelevant or outdated photos.
- Copyrighted content used without permission.
- Offensive or inappropriate content.
5. Earn Money Listings and Verification
The Earn Money feature allows eligible users to submit property listings and earn money according to ToLet Find's applicable rules and approval process.
Earn Money users must provide:
- A genuine and accurate address.
- Genuine photos of the actual property.
- A valid and reachable phone number.
- Accurate property information.
- Proper authorization to submit the listing.
Fake addresses, fake photos, fake phone numbers, or misleading property information may result in the listing being rejected.
If a listing is approved but later reported by customers and found, after review, to contain false or misleading information, ToLet Find may remove the listing.
If an Earn Money account receives 3 or more valid reports involving fake or misleading listings, and those reports are verified as valid, the Earn Money account may be temporarily suspended or permanently disabled depending on the severity and circumstances.
ToLet Find reserves the right to review, approve, reject, remove, or suspend Earn Money listings and accounts.
6. Property Availability
Users are responsible for keeping the availability status of their listings up to date.
If a property is rented or no longer available, the listing should be updated or removed as soon as possible.
Property listings may automatically expire or be removed after 60 days (2 months) to reduce outdated information.
7. Contact Information in Descriptions
Users must not place personal contact information directly in the property description, including:
- Mobile phone numbers.
- Email addresses.
- Other personal contact details.
Listings may be edited, restricted, or removed if prohibited contact information is detected.
8. Credits and Payments
ToLet Find may use a credit system for unlocking certain property or contact information.
The number of credits required for a service will be displayed on the platform and may change over time.
Free or paid posting, subscriptions, credits, or other charges may apply to certain services. Current pricing and conditions will be displayed on the platform.
Credit purchases and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable Refund Policy.
9. Platform Payments and Private Transactions
Payments for ToLet Find services may be processed through authorized payment gateways.
However, rental payments, advances, security deposits, and other financial transactions between tenants and property owners remain the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
Users should verify all relevant information before sending money to another user.
10. Limitation of Liability
ToLet Find is an information and connection platform.
We do not guarantee that every property listing, property owner, agent, poster, or user is completely accurate or reliable. Users must perform their own verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToLet Find is not responsible for financial losses, fraud, property disputes, inaccurate information, third-party misconduct, or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform.
11. Suspension or Termination
ToLet Find may suspend, restrict, or terminate a listing or account due to:
- False or misleading information.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Fake addresses, photos, or phone numbers.
- Multiple verified reports.
- Platform abuse.
- Copyright or legal violations.
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Cookies
ToLet Find may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, security, login sessions, and user experience.
Some cookies can be managed through browser settings, although disabling them may affect certain features.
13. Changes to These Terms
ToLet Find may modify or update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of ToLet Find after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
